Hi, I’m Nancy.
I’ve spent over a decade in healthcare, designing solutions to improve patient care. I thought I knew the system.
Then in 2021, I became a mom. I saw the system in a whole new way.
I was lucky. I had time to recover, bond with my baby, and care for myself.
But moms don’t get that privilege. I was stunned by what was missing: real support for moms.
Volunteering for Postpartum Support International opened my eyes to the gaps, frustration, and unnecessary struggles moms face to get the care they deserve.
Moms deserve better.
I’m working to redefine the experience for new moms. Whole-person care—physical, mental, and emotional—should be the standard, not a luxury.
I’m here to help build a system that truly cares for new moms, so they can feel empowered during this life-changing transition.
My values.

Eat clean, move, get outside, sleep well, and take care of your mental health.

Celebrate the small wins: it keeps you grounded and focused on what matters. Don’t take anything or anyone for granted.

Work with what you have. Then optimize it.

Support for moms.
The more we talk about our postpartum experiences, the less stigma, guilt, and surprises there will be for new moms. That’s why I’ve decided to share mine.
