My background.
I have a Masters in Public Health and 15+ years experience working for large healthcare organizations (Covance, NYC Department of Health, McKesson, and Clinton Health Access Initiative). As a founding member of 4 teams, I’ve built and scaled new initiatives to improve patient outcomes. I’m now driven to apply my expertise to create change for new moms.

With expertise in business development, partnerships, and communications, my pilots have served as models for expansion.

Why I care.
During my transition to motherhood, I became intimately aware of the structural gaps that impact new moms.
My husband and I were privileged to have parental leave, childcare support, and mental health resources. And it was still tough.
I can’t stop thinking how difficult this would be for someone without access. I learned first-hand how prevalent and complex this problem is for new families when I began volunteering for Postpartum Support International in 2022.
The status quo in the U.S. is not working and I want to help fix the gaps in mental health, childcare, and/or parental leave support to build a better future for new moms.

Drive successful, on-time rollout of new initiatives. Design planning tools (roadmaps, project plans, trackers, KPIs), processes, and content to increase awareness, team collaboration, and customer participation.
Customer Success Operations
Outline the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers and support teams by creating playbooks, customer rosters, communication templates, and training materials.
Internal Reporting
Communicate program status and risks to key stakeholders and leadership. Examples include: dashboards, presentations, knowledge-sharing sites, and talking points.
Process Improvement
Scale key business offerings by streamlining and automating existing workflows. Includes a gap analysis, creating tools and templates, and defining success metrics, roles and responsibilities, and operational workflows.

Develop a compelling case to secure funding for large-scale, sustainable programs based on data, insights, and best practices. Examples include pitches, proposals, business cases, and ROI analyses.

Content Creation
Develop clear, visually-appealing content about complex projects, products, or other ideas for a range of audiences (customers to key partners). Examples include: blogs, briefs, FAQs, user guides, and newsletters.

Develop educational resources to increase awareness and action, particularly for underserved areas. Examples include: infographics, reports, presentations, and case studies.
