Easy sheet pan nachos

Ingredients.
Nachos
1 bag (13 oz) tortilla chips
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mexican, or monterey jack)
Optional:
1 lb ground beef (90% lean)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cayenne
salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped '
Instructions.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large saucepan, cook ground beef on medium heat until browned. Add spices to the pan and saute until fragrant.
On the baking sheet, lay out chips in an even layer. Top with ground beef mixture (optional), cheese, and beans.
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Serve immediately topped with sour cream, salsa, and fresh cilantro.

Beans are packed with fiber as well as other nutrients including zinc, folate, choline, iron, magnesium, and selenium.
Beef is a great sources of protein, vitamin B, choline, selenium, and zinc. Use a leaner beef (85% lean/15% fat or leaner).
Cheese is a great source of calcium. Lower-calorie cheeses that are appropriate for infants and toddlers are mozzarella, provolone, pepperjack, muenster, and american.
