Spiced feta dip with pistachio and pomegranate

Ingredients.
Ingredients
6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup goat cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup pomegranate arils
2 tbs pistachios, chopped
Hot honey (for drizzling)
Instructions.
In a blender, combine all ingredients (except pomegranate and pistachios) and pulse until smooth.
Sprinkle pistachios over the top of the dip, followed by the pomegranate. Drizzle hot honey over the top.
Serve with pita chips or veggies.
