Greek yogurt with berries
Ingredients.
3 cups greek yogurt, non-fat
3 cups berries (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp chia seeds
Optional toppings: Coconut flakes, nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
Honey (SAFETY NOTE: do not serve honey to babies under 12 months of age due to the risk of botulism)
Instructions.
In a small mason jar, add the berries and chia seeds. Add greek yogurt and drizzle honey and toppings, as desired, on top.

This recipe is meal prep-friendly. You can prepare yogurts for the week in the refrigerator ahead of time.

Berries are packed with antioxidants and frozen berries are said to retain more nutrients than fresh berries. Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.
