Guacamole
Ingredients.
4 avocados
1 jalapeno pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 tomato, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
freshly squeezed juice from 1 lime
salt and pepper
Instructions.
In a medium bowl, mash all avocados well. Mix together with jalapeno, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips or use as a spread on a burger, quesadillas, or burritos.
