Ingredients.

  • 4 avocados

  • 1 jalapeno pepper

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped

  • freshly squeezed juice from 1 lime

  • salt and pepper

Instructions.

  1. In a medium bowl, mash all avocados well. Mix together with jalapeno, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a spread on a burger, quesadillas, or burritos.

Nutrition.

Avocados are rich in fiber, healthy fats (brain development), vitamin B6, folate, vitamin E, and zinc (immune health)
