Chocolate and fruit french toast rollups

Ingredients.
Ingredients
6 slides of whole wheat bread
6 tbsp of chocolate hummus (you can also use nutella)
2 large bananas, halved and sliced lengthwise (you can also use sliced strawberries or blueberries)
2 medium eggs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1//8 cup almond milk
1/2 tbsp butter, for cooking
Instructions.
Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
Spread chocolate hummus over each slide of bread. Place 1 piece of banana onto the bread and roll into a sausage.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, cinnamon, and almond milk until well combined.
In a medium-sized skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Dip the roll into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Serve with toppings of your choice (fresh berries, powdered sugar, honey, whipped cream).

Whole wheat bread contains fiber, protein, and more nutrients than breads made of refined flour.
